Classes
Glassblowing is a very hot process and is not suitable for everyone willing to try it. We teach classes here and we’re very open to sharing information about the process of shaping hot glass. If you or someone you know is interested in signing up for a class then come in and talk to Daniel personally. Classes can be scheduled during the evening Tuesday through Saturday. The classes cost $45 dollars an hour and will guide you step-by-step into the process of forming hot glass. The lessons typically last 1-3 hours depending on how long you would like to take them.
An alternative way to familiarize you with the process is by doing demonstrations. If you would like a demonstration then please call in advance to schedule a time so we can make sure our furnace is prepared. There will be no demonstrations or classes in the summer time.
We also offer a ‘blow your own ornament’ workshop. You or anyone can schedule a time to come in for half an hour to help make your own glass ornament. The cost is $35 for the workshop. You get to choose your own colors and come in to pick it up the very next day!
